Ginger Almond Chicken

2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 large onion chopped

2 Tbsp Grated Ginger

1/2 C reduced sodium teriyaki sauce

1 packaged shredded stir fry veggies

1/2 C slivered almonds

1/2 bunch scalloins chopped

Place chicken, onion, ginger & teriyaki sauce into crockpot.  Cook on low 2 hours or until chicken is cooked through. 

Turn heat to high and add vegetables. Cook 20 – 30 minutes until veggies are crisp tender.

Stir in almonds & scallions and serve over brown rice.
