Craving some wings but don’t want to spend the point on them?
Amy’s Famous Shredded Buffalo Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of your favorite buffalo wing sauce (Watch the calorie counts, they vary wildly)
Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot and pour wing sauce over them. Cook on low until chicken can be shredded apart.
Serve on buns or tortillas with low fat ranch dressing and shredded lettuce.
Reheats great and is also good on salads.
Essentially this concept works with any sauce. BBQ is great as well.
