Like a man travelling in foggy weather, those at some distance before him on the road he sees wrapped up in the fog, as well as those behind him, and also the people in the fields on each side, but near him all appears clear, though in truth he is as much in the fog as any of them. –Ben Franklin

Boy is the sea fog thick! It started to roll in mid afternoon and by sunset it was thick as pea soup! I enjoy fog when I don’t have to drive in it so I hope tomorrow morning it isn’t too terrible.

The whole weekend was cloudy and while not cold like last week it wasn’t what I would call nice either. I hope winter gets all this yuck out if it’s system soon! I’m ready to complain about how hot it is!

But we did see this olive tree all bloomed out. Maybe spring will come yet!

Friday evening we braved the cold and drizzle to go to dinner at a newly renovated steak house. It was a nice relaxing evening even with a long wait for a table.

Saturday we ran some errands but also did some fun shopping and ended up going to Executive Surf Club for a late lunch/early dinner. We haven’t been there in ages.

And wrapped up the evening watching romantic movies. We watched “The Notebook” last Wednesday and “Ps I Love You” on Saturday. It’s so nice that my pumpkin likes romantic movies too.

Sunday was cleaning day since Saturday was play day. I like play day better than cleaning day…..lol. But I made a couple of meals for the week so maybe evenings will be easier.

Shrimp enchiladas and rice tonight and Picadillo and beans Monday night! Yummmmm

Well time for bed to get ready for the week. Have a great week!.
