Week 9

So as I have mentioned I made the choice to put off working out until my weight loss slowed down or stopped. And I have ridden that wave for 9 glorious weeks. The weigh in for week 9 had me down .3……..a whole 3/10th of a pound. I’m not really complaining after all it was a loss but clearly it’s time to start putting my body to work and growing some muscles.

Know what I love? Jeans that are too big. I mean I hate them too but there is something pretty satisfying bout pulling on pants and having them almost fall back off.
