Week 21

21 weeks down! I actually managed to lose a bit of weight this week which is good news. I am hoping to do better this next week but since it is my birthday week I’m not feeling too optimistic. It’s all about balance–since I know I didn’t eat well this last weekend and I’m sure there will be birthday cake this week going to the gym is a must.

I picked my dress out for the wedding this fall and I need to lose another good chunk to look hot in it. Time to get cracking!
