Week 20

Well this was another not great week……no loss but no real gain either. It always happens to me like this. I lose for a few weeks then stay the same for a few weeks and then lose for a few weeks. It’s just the nature of the beast. Although this weekend has been an eating bonanza so we will have to see how next week turns out.

I am making it to the gym on a more regular basis in the mornings which I know is helping me. I’m definitely stronger and can almost find muscles in my arms!!!!
