Week 16

I have good news and bad news.

The good news (and it really is great news) is that I finally broke through my weight stall out that had plagued me since the end of March. It’s been frustrating to say the least! Infuriating actually.

The bad news is that apparently getting up at 5 am and dragging my butt to the gym every morning is a good part of the reason why.

I won’t lie…..I was more than half hoping it wouldn’t work so I could go back to sleeping in. šŸ˜” well crap!

But I feel so much better than I did a few months ago. My knees are still sore but getting stronger all the time.

I also ate a bit more this week. I may not have been eating enough before. It’s a fine balancing act to find the sweet spot of eating enough but not too much.
